As your travel planning experts, we’ll manage your experience from your first email to us to the moment when you return home, and we’ll always be available to provide you with advice and support.
#1 Eastern Europe – let’s go!
Whether you just found our website and liked some of our tours, or maybe you have friends who traveled to our part of the world and loved it, you decided you want to come over. Great! Drop us a few lines and let us know where you’d like to go and the most important things for you when you travel. We’ll listen carefully so that we understand exactly what you’re looking for (and also what you’d like to avoid), and we’ll start designing your ideal trip.
#2 Pick a destination and your travel datesÂ
We currently offer tours to Bulgaria and Romania, with the possibility of adding a few days in the Republic of Moldova. Once we know which countries you’d like to include, we’ll start designing your tour: pacing, included sights, the order in which you’ll explore them, and the best hotel options for you. After this step, we will have an initial itinerary that outlines the basic frame for your trip and provides an initial price.
#3 Fine-tuning & Final itinerary
This is the stage where we’re in constant contact, and we provide you with multiple itinerary versions until we reach the perfect blend of experiences for you. We’ll probably exchange a few emails and maybe set up a Zoom call or two, just so that we make sure everything is covered and designed exactly the way you want it. Once that’s achieved, we will move ahead and book all services for your tour.
#4 Deposit paymentÂ
We’ll collect a 10% deposit to confirm your trip upon booking. Full payment is due 15 days before the start of your tour.
#5 Receive your travel documents
We will send you all the final documentation for your tour, including any last-minute updates and your guides’ contact information.
#6 Enjoy your trip!
Once you arrive at your destination, you’ll be met by your guide and start exploring. If you need us at any point, we’re only one phone call away, ready to support your trip in any way needed.
#7 Welcome back home!
Even though we were close to you during your trip, we’d still like to receive your feedback on how you liked your trip once you’ve returned home. Your comments will be constructive in further improving our services.
